Our Story
The FAMILY PRIME REALTY was founded and was officially launched on February 15, 2022 and we have accomplished so much over this year end. The idea of putting up this company came about after so many undertakings.
The Company's Founder and CEO, Cindy Gay Alis Pumihic Guinid, applied her business experiences and learnings from her various trainings, mentoring and coaching to start this company. Together with her husband Mr. Allan Warmer Guinid who gives his full support into this business undertaking. Over the years of learning how to manage their businesses, and having excelled in them, they thought of establishing a realty firm. Planning was one of the most crucial parts of this endeavor. It included devising a compensation plan which gives its sales leaders more ways to earn. But with the proper Mindset and Focus came the Result. The FPR was established.
But what really inspired them? Sales Leaders. How they can earn more. They believe that all these blessings come from God. And these should be shared with sales leaders, employees, friends and people around who would take the opportunity offered by the company. Its sales leaders should be rewarded well for their accomplishments.
The FPR stands with their PHILOSOPHY – “Inorder for you to succeed you have to help others succeed first” and the company’s CULTURE “HELP US HELP YOU HELP OTHERS LEARN, EARN AND HAVE FUN”.
FPR started its services in Lamut, Ifugao. Now the company is starting its services in Nueva Vizcaya. We thank the Almighty for these blessings. We believe that all these achievements are for the greater glory of God.
The establishment of the FPR is a pride of their family. God is their foremost guide and inspiration. Their family's love and support comes next. This love and support are extended to all the people surrounding the FPR. FPR treats its sales leaders and employees as part of its family.
To give back the blessings to the people, the FPR established the Force for Love Foundation. It aims to extend assistance to cancer patients, dialysis patients, orphans, malnourished children and calamity victims. We at the FPR share one hope, goal, dream, and love.

FORCE FOR LOVE FOUNDATION
FOUNDED AND REGISTERED ON OCTOBER 29, 2022
The FORCE FOR LOVE FOUNDATION was established by the FAMILY PRIME REALTY as its conduit in sharing its blessings to the marginalized sectors of the society. The CEO of the FPR considered "helping and sharing" as one of her goals in life. Thus, the birth of the FFL Foundation.
That caters: Dialysis Patients , Cancer Patients, Malnourished Children, Orphans and Calamity Victims..
The FFLF is registered in the Securities and Exchange Commission last October 2022.
A Message from the CEO:
"It's been one of my personal goals to be active in social welfare activities.
As I am reminded and inspired by one of the great US President JFK part of his speech that says: “Ask not what your country can do for you – ask what you can do for your country,”
I truly believe that no matter how little we can give to help can be of great added value in our community. That .001% contribution that everyone else can possibly give can eventually make a massive difference.
Ten years ago, this is part of my PERSONAL SUCCESS PLAN to put up a FOUNDATION that caters to the needy.
As our company's CULTURE and Philosophy it Focus on Helping. Indeed, God's grace abounds.
We have registered the FORCE FOR LOVE FOUNDATION under the Securities and Exchange Commission as a NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION in OCTOBER 2022. Only a few months after our Company was Registered.
I am grateful to all the people who INFLUENCED me to be a better individual in one way or the other. The challenges and failures that kept me going, which helped me understand life's greater value, which is to be a channel of blessings, for there's nothing in this world that belongs to us. As God has given us the opportunity to be able to help then let's be an Influence of His great Love.
To my family, friends, mentors, coaches, I owe it to you for not giving up on me.

DESERVING AGENTS GOES TO BORACAY
The Family Prime Realty always upholds its core values of integrity, quality and service. And it always upholds its culture which says “Help us help you help others LEARN, EARN AND HAVE FUN.” Indeed, the FPR management makes sure that its sales persons will LEARN thru the teachings and coaching of the Chief Executive Officer, Ms. Cindy Gay Alis P. Gunid, herself. She gives her all to share all learnings she received from her mentors and coaches. With the blessing of God Almighty, her vision to grow a forest from a seed is now being achieved. The company will always be in support to the sales persons to be able to EARN. And it offers promos and other activities for the sales persons to HAVE FUN. FPR offers various promos to its sales persons to boost them in their activities, believing that results will be achieved. The FPR always base its requirements on a sales person’s activities, not much on his productivity. These promos are open for all the company’s sales persons. One of the FPR’s Anniversary promos is a Getaway Trip for to Boracay Island given to deserving sales persons. All expenses were shouldered by the company. This promo was officially announced on May 22, 2022. The requirements for all promos were kept simple and easy as the company yearns to give out more bonuses to its sales persons. The deserving sales persons for this promo were announced during the First Founding Anniversary Celebration of the Family Prime Realty on March 17, 2023. They are as follows: Ms. Mariedel Morales, Mr. Christopher Balanhi, Ms. Karen Talaro and Ms. Conchita Nahigan. The sales persons, together with their loved ones, joined the owners of the FPR for the FPR’s First Boracay Getaway on April 27, 2023. The group stayed and enjoyed their vacation for 3 days and 2 nights from April 28 to 30, 2023. Meanwhile, more promos are open for the FPR’s sales persons to grab to this date. The FPR hopes to share its blessings to more sales persons.
